Union Patisserie is a vibrant Parisian-style café dedicated to freshness and craftsmanship, offering a curated selection of French pastries, sweets, and ice cream alongside expertly crafted coffee and espresso drinks. Our menu features hot breakfast items and grab-and-go lunches, making Union a stylish destination for quality bites throughout the day.
Housed in a historic former tack shed of Union Train Station, Union blends edgy sophistication with a welcoming ambiance, reimagined by NYC-based Workshop APD. The space showcases a mural by local artist Sarah Jenson and handcrafted plates made from original Union Plaza wood trestles.
Led by James Beard Award-winning Chef Galen Zamarra and Executive Pastry Chef Cassidy Cabel, Union Patisserie offers classics such as croissants, eclairs and French macarons, as well as Jambon Buerre, cheese and charcuterie plates. In partnership with La Colombe, we craft unique coffee blends for an unforgettable experience.
